Erika has been with Shine since the start and is one of the longest serving members of our team, second only to Rachel, our founder. She joined because she had a thirst to do big things for big clients - and it's a thirst she's yet to fully quench.
As part of our team, Erika has been responsible for delivering iconic integrated brand campaigns across FMCG and lifestyle brands including Unillever, Danone, General Foods, Clarks Kids and Danone to name a few. Her recent campaign for Lil-Lets has just been shortlisted for a PR Week Integrated Award.
She is key to driving ERIC throughout the agency, our award winning, industry leading measurement and evaluation system which has over 50 different ways to analyse campaigns, including the latest social media techniques, statistical analysis and econometric modelling tools.
