Moving image footage is key to translating the energy of the live events to consumers. Additionally broadcast coverage is a strong way to reach large audiences.
We developed bespoke broadcast features that delivered mainstream ‘hero’ coverage that challenged media and consumer perceptions. We created strong assets, including video content and regional news packages that communicated WWE’s USPs. At the same time we built advocacy amongst celebrities, influencers and media ambassadors by securing their attendance and using them to build excitement in the run-up to events.
Ticket sales increased by an average of 11% during Shine’s activity period. Particular peaks appeared during the week WWE Superstar Wade Barrett was placed on BBC News North and Sky Sports News.
