Awards

The UK's most awarded independent consumer communications agency

We've always placed a huge importance on entering and winning awards. They look great on reception. More importantly, they're a ringing endorsement of the work we do for our clients year in, year out. They're also a brilliant recognition of the efforts of our team. Let's face it, there's nothing like getting your glad rags on to pick up a gong is there?

2011 looks set to be our best year ever for winning industry awards - it certainly is for nominations, we've had 20 already - but we've had a history of picking up awards pretty much every year we've been around. You can see what we've won and been nominated for in each of the past 12 years over on the left (or simply scroll down below).

As you'd expect, a lot of these awards are for the campaigns we create and execute for our clients. But what's equally rewarding are the awards we pick up for the way we run Shine as a business. Perhaps most notable among these is the 3rd place we achieved in the Sunday Times Best Small Businesses to Work For 2011. And according to National Statistics, there are 4.8m small businesses in the UK, so it's not bad going...

List of Awards

Blimey, what a year it's been (so far). Nominated for 20 awards in total and picking up our fair share. We're a bit gobsmacked to be honest.

Our very first award!

In 1999 we picked up the first of a long list of PR Week Awards.

We won in the Best Promotional Activity category for our work at Wimbledon for Slazenger. I'm sure you'll remember the campaign...we invented the now legendary Henman Hill!

But with our taste for awards dinners and winners' champagne well and truly piqued, we were off and running...
